• Original Photo ID — Aadhar Card / PAN Card / Voter ID (registered wala)
• 2 Passport Size Photos — White background, same as form submit wali
• Pen (Black/Blue) — Rough work ke liye (agar CBT hai toh bhi rakh lo)
