Jobs Wale Bhaiya ("we", "us", "our") collects personal information — name, email address, and mobile number — solely for the purpose of processing your ebook purchase and delivering your download link.

• Contact details: Full name, email address, 10-digit Indian mobile number.
• Payment information: Processed exclusively by Razorpay. We never store your card or UPI credentials.
• Technical data: IP address and browser type for security and fraud prevention.

How we use it

• To send you your secure PDF download link.
• To provide purchase recovery support via verified OTP.
• To prevent fraudulent orders and chargebacks.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmation, download link).

Data retention

Order and customer records are retained for 7 years for compliance. OTP records are deleted after verification or expiry. You may request deletion of non-transactional data by emailing us.

Third parties

We share your order details with Razorpay (payment gateway) only. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information with any third party.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase. Purchases are for personal, non-commercial use only.

Product description

All products are digital PDF ebooks delivered electronically via a time-limited, token-secured download link. We strive to ensure descriptions are accurate, but minor variations may exist.

Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed by Razorpay using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. UPI, Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets are accepted.

Order fulfillment

Upon successful payment verification, your download link is generated within seconds and emailed to your registered address. If you do not receive it within 15 minutes, use the Purchase Recovery tool.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bihar, India.

💳 Refund & No-Refund Policy

Why no refunds?

Digital goods — unlike physical products — cannot be "returned" once delivered. Once a PDF is downloaded, the product has been fully consumed. This policy is consistent with standard digital goods practices in India under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

When we will issue a refund

• Payment was successfully deducted but you never received a download link (and recovery also fails) — we will investigate and refund within 5 business days.
• Duplicate payment was charged for the same order.
• Technical error caused a corrupt or incomplete file to be delivered.

How to request

Email contact@jobswalebhaiya.com with your Order Number, Payment ID, and a description of the issue within 48 hours of purchase.

By checking the "I agree to the Terms of Digital Purchase" checkbox during checkout, you provide informed consent for:

• Processing of your personal data (name, email, phone) for order fulfillment.
• Storage of your purchase record for recovery and support purposes.
• Sending transactional emails related to your purchase.

If you opted into marketing communications, we may periodically send exam notifications and new product announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any email.

Your rights

• Access: Request a copy of your stored data.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.

Download limits

• Lifetime limit: 5 downloads per order.
• Rolling limit: 1 successful download per 24-hour period.
• Token expiry: Download tokens generated from the success page are valid for 48 hours. Tokens from recovery are valid for 2 hours.

Download recovery

If you lose your download link, use the My Purchases / Download Recovery tool. You will be required to verify your identity via a 6-digit email OTP sent to your registered address.

Format & device compatibility

Ebooks are delivered in high-resolution PDF format compatible with all modern devices: smartphones, tablets, laptops, Kindle, and PDF readers. You may print the PDF for personal study use.

Prohibited use

Sharing, redistribution, resale, or uploading of purchased PDFs to any platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of copyright law.
