Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities 

 Must have an analytical, excellent communication skill, business-minded and result-driven
approach.

 Aid in recruitment of White-Collar and Blue-Collar Jobs.

 Be a self-starter to source potential clients, set-up own schedule to email, cold call, meet and
convert into prospects.

 Effectively plan the workflow based on geographical location, understand client’srequirements
and offer productive solution.

 Proven ability to manage day-to-day operations, set budgets, timeline, identify challenges and
follow-up goals.

 Lead in matrix organization, competitive pricing strategy to penetrate into hyper-local
competition.

 Ensure quality checks, develop a fast-paced and multichannel commercial environment.

 Lead BDA team to optimize top line and bottom line metrics.  Follow routes and time schedule.

 Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
