Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
- Must be an Indian Citizen, or
- Subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or
- Tibetan refugee (came before Jan 1, 1962), or
- Person of Indian origin migrated from select countries (as per govt. rules).
Educational Qualification
- Must possess the required degree/diploma as of the closing date (05.11.2025).
