BTSC ITI Instructor Electrician Wireman Exam Pattern 2026
The BTSC Instructor (Electrician/Wireman) exam is a Computer Based Test of 100 objective questions carrying 100 marks, to be completed in 2 hours. The paper is split into 80 trade-specific questions and 20 General Awareness questions, with 0.25 marks deducted for every wrong answer.

For DSTTE posts the merit list is prepared from the written exam (75 marks) plus work experience (25 marks). For PHED posts it is the written exam alone (100 marks). Always confirm these details against the official notification before applying.
