1. Nature of Digital Goods
All items available for purchase on JobsWaleBhaiya are intangible digital products (PDF ebooks, digital workbooks, mock papers). Because digital products are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link is accessed or delivered, except in the specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility & Exceptions
We provide full refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Duplicate / Multiple Charges: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order due to a payment gateway timeout or double-click.
- Non-Delivery of Download Link: If payment was debited from your account but you did not receive the on-screen download or email receipt within 2 hours, and our support team is unable to manually furnish your file.
- Defective / Corrupted File: If the downloaded PDF file is damaged, unreadable, or missing key contents and our support team cannot provide a valid replacement within 24 hours.
3. Refund Request Procedure & Timeline
To initiate a refund request:
- Email us at contact@jobswalebhaiya.com within 48 hours of transaction.
- Include your registered email address, mobile number, Order ID, and payment transaction reference (Cashfree / UPI UTR / Bank reference).
- Our team will verify your claim within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Once approved, refunds are processed directly to your original payment method (bank account / UPI / card) within 5 to 7 business days as per banking norms.
4. Order Cancellation
Since order processing and digital delivery happen instantaneously via automated software upon payment verification, order cancellations cannot be accepted once the order has been completed.
